There was an article in the Houston Chronicle last week about the effect of NAFTA on Mexico's auto industry and it's opening of import barriers. Here's a link if you want to read the whole story.

"In 2007, a free-auto-trade pact with Europe goes into effect, allowing distributors to bring in more cars from the European Union and Mexican citizens to import new cars."
My question, is this true for all NAFTA countries, or just Mexico?
