Re: [alfa] Lamenting my 86 Graduate

Sam,

I have a transmission for your car. I'm also in Chicago.

It's actually from a '91 but it will work and has the sensor pickup on the bellhousing. I bought it in '95 where it had been sitting so I believe the claim it had low miles on it. $200 and I'll even deliver it if you're strapped for transportation. It's in Burr Ridge, SW suburbs.

A couple of other options:

Give Besic a call about doing the work and I'll drop it at his shop for you. You can give him the $200 since that's where the money will ultimately end up anyway.

Show up to the CAROC tech session tomorrow in LaGrange and I'll bring it with me if you have transportation.
