[alfa] Out of print books

abebooks is a clearing house for many used book dealers. I have bought books
from dealers in the USA, Britain, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and
Canada through them and I have had only positive experiences. I recently
bought a new copy of Pat Braden's Weber book through abebooks for less than
used copies are selling for on ebay.
