[alfa] Re:Mark and shims

Mark I think I may have started all this discussion about shims when I
suggested to some one that they do not sand them by hand. At no time was I
suggesting that you couldn't grind them, although the preferred option would
be to have an entire selection of new shims. I will stand firm on my opinion
that shims should not be sanded by hand.

PS I'll just stick to speculation rather than backing up my argument with
