[alfa] 166 and importing from overseas

With everyone dreaming about that 166, I thought the attached link might 
be helpful.

There is a specification that is administered by the US Dept of 
Transportation in regard to newer vehicles that you can check out on the 
attached link, which also provides companies that will make the 
appropriate modifications.

The real problem from this owners standpoint is the bond he posted when 
he imported the car.  He is liable for those monies, which may be why he 
is insistent on "Export Only"!
