Well, just to throw in my $0.02--I ordered a Stebro
system for both my spider last spring and alfetta
sedan in december.  The Sedan system was wrong (sent
me a GT system instead), but all items were shipped
quickly, and when I called to inform them of the
error, a replacement was sent out and arrived within 2
weeks.  They cross-shipped as well, which many
companies won't do without charging you for the second
item and refunding when they recieve the first.  
All in all, a good experience, and as many others have
said, the quality is excellent.
