Sorry to disagree, but it would be called a GTV4. My 1977 Alfetta GT is also 
known as a 'GTV' - it says so right on the side of the car. The 'V' stands for 
Veloce, not the angle of the cyls in the engine. (Gran Tourismo Veloce, IIRC)

Of course, the owner's manual calls the car a Sprint Veloce. No wonder this 
car wants to be called Sybil ...
