[alfa] Idle adjustment on a n'87 spider

After searching all the documentation I have accumulated, I can't find the
exact method of adjusting the idle speed of my spider.  Will the adjustable
capped screw on the throttle body do the trick? I tend to think it won't
because of the idle air bypass line, but don't want to touch anything yet.
