[alfa] My Victory by design order experience

I ordered a set of DVD's, all except the Porsche one, back in late 
November.  I did it on line but with some misgivings since a) there was 
no  option to state my e-mail address and b) I wasn't too comfortable since 
the site did not seem to be secure.
Anyway it was Saturday night and I was in a rush:-)

After some time, I found that my card had not been charged so I called the 
number and got a live person who after some digging found my name and 
address etc. He said that they were waiting for a couple of the DVD's 
before sending out the whole pack.

So we live in hope
