[alfa] 164 water pump (24v)

Has anyone in the USA had any bad experiences with aftermarket water pumps, 
or was that a Euro-centric issue?  My 164LS is getting a timing belt change and 
it's possible that it has the original water pump.  (144k miles)

Speaking of timing belts - OEM tensioners (two of them) only, right?
Any issues with aftermarket serpentine belts?
