To adjust the clock:

The same up and down arrows that are used for tuning, are used to adjust the clock.  Push these at the same time that you push the most lower-left button on the deck.

To get into the mode that allows you to do this, you may have to first do a double push of the "Band" button, along with the "lower-left button" on the deck.  

This is straight out of my manual, so it should work.  I haven't tried it, since I just use the main LCD for my clock (as mine works!)...
