Joe Stimola, a rather infamous SCCA Formula prep guy i know pretty
well (several SCCA National championships won by Joe's drivers,
rarely if ever caught outright doing anything "bad"), uses almost
exclusively Mitsutoyo stuff these days. 

i've used it a little bit. very very nice gear.
