No. I heard about this happening about a year and a half ago, while I was
still in CA (SF Bay Area). I seem to recall a TV bit about it, and them
showing the way they could crash the computer doing normal things. A lot of
owners of the cars there were really upset about the crashing onboard
computer controlled systems. I just did a quick google for a link to post,
that one popped up first. Keep googling, you'll find more.

I can only hope in the year or so since that most of the problems have been
fixed, or at least majorly worked around so the owners are OK.

In all fairness, my memory of the problems were less severe than the story I
posted, that's the first time I heard of people getting trapped inside the
car when the computer crashed.
