[alfa] Milano door panel removal

Early series, '87 etc., are affixed with a phillips-head screw on the
in-board side. Look for it near the bottom of the lock-button in the
up-position. Later series lock-buttons have a snap-lid top which is
hinged on the inboard side. This is easily popped up on the front doors
using a small screwdriver as you can completely lower the window. On the
rear doors, a tack-puller works well. Hook the front edge of the lid at
the top of the orange panel and lift gently. With the lid up, unscrew
the now-visible black plastic barrel nut with a 4 or 5mm (memory fails)
hex wrench then remove the lock-button by pulling it straight up.
Unfortunately, many of these cars front door panels are already
butchered; the Neanderthals at the local sterio store are prime suspects.

player/sterio/cup-holders crap!
