Apparently there was some fire at the front of the engine.  If the CLT
connection is burned or damaged, it won't idle.

As was mentioned, the electrical connections to the thermostat were damaged.
They are required to for the injection to work properly.   There are also
ground wires connected to the radiator support.  If these are damaged or
missing the car won't idle and barely run.

The L-Jet is very sensitive to bad ground and coolant temp connections.
