[alfa] Spider Polyeurethane bushings - opinions?

Hi all,
I'm considering the installation of polyeurethane bushings from Alfabill on my
spider. I'm in the process of installing a chassis stiffener and I have a
hardtop, so the chassis should be pretty darned solid now. I wobbled the
trailing arms around and they seem surprisingly easy to move... I know with
polyeurethane, they would be very difficult to move. I have not driven the car
hard enough, long enough to be sensitive to what causes what sloppiness in
that car, so am not sure the rear-end is that big of a problem, although
anything to stiffen up a spider is useful. Can enyone who has done the poly
busing installation attest to its effectiveness? Does $90 seem a little
expensive?? Do they just pop in and out for installation, or do you have to
burn the old ones out like on the 164 A-arm bushings?

thanks,

Karl
