[alfa] '84 Spider O2 Sensor R&R Question

Is there a special tool required for the removal of the Oxygen Sensor on the
Series 3 Spider?  There's no easy way to get a wrench around the hex head of
the sensor since it is recessed in the exhaust manifold. I didn't find any
helpful instructions in the shop manual.  Does anyone have a good suggestion?
