I mounted Verde seats in my GTV6.  I elongated the rear holes in the
seat tracks, and the seats bolted right in.  They feel nice and low, but
my helmet still brushes the roof.

I don't recall there being any spacers.  I'm not in proximity to the car
now, or I'd check for you.
