I think that you forgot to refill the window roller-upper fluid. I think NAPA carries it.

This is a common problem. I would clean the contacts first if that fails then your switch is on it's slow way out. I dunno about the GTV 6s but on the Milanos the switches just pop out. Rubber seals prolly aren't causing it.
