[alfa] Re: crank locking tool: flywheel teeth versus cylinder rope

I have no personal experience with this on Alfas. The rope in the cylinder is 
a time honored method. Audis, which I have experience with have a similar 
problem. I have had luck with running a few turns of rope around the front 
pulley, then tying it down.
