Subject: [alfa] F.I. Hoses/Help need for Injector seals
I don't have the BMW part number for the 8mm hose (look in the archives)
but a Spider takes 2 meters and I was charged around $10 per meter by
the local BMW dealer the 2 times I bought it. I haven't had a leak
with the hose when using the little cups that Alfa uses to cover the
hose ends. IIRC the webpage that advocates using 7.5mm hose is a Fiat
webpage so maybe there's a difference in the injector?
BMW calls their hose "8x13mm." The actual inner diameter is 7.5mm.
