To the best of my knowledge, the diameters of the fuel hose and fittings on
a spider fuel rail are the same as those on a Milano & 164, so yes they
should work.

Jeff gives two part numbers for fuel lines and line clamps from your
friendly BMW dealer.  Are these the correct fuel lines to fit an '86
Spider fuel rail lines plus lines from the fuel pump to the fuel regulator?
