[alfa] Milano fuel fill

We had an 87 Milano that was hard to fill too.

I finally fixed by carefully checking the hoses in the vapor return system.
My had a few kinks and I installed metal fittings where to prevent hose
kinks from impeding breathing.

Helped a lot.
