your abs pump is done. time for a new (or used) one - your choice - new one is $1,543.
had the same thing happen to mine. the round thing is the pressure accumulator. the humming thing is the pump. comes off pretty easy - need to follow procedure in the manual to relieve pressure in the system (if there is any - might not be after listening to your symptoms).
