I am not really sure why you want to split them.  You can rebuild them with
the two halves fully assembled.
If it is to get the pistons out, compressed air should do that.  If not, screw
the line back on and pump the brake pedal.
Just pad the pistons in some way so they don't get damaged when they blow
out.

Looking for a little help disassembling my rear brakes in my 88 spider. Having
trouble removing bolts to break the caliper assembly in two. If I cut the
bolts, are they available separately?
