reporting clutch success

Gentle Alfisti,
Thanks to all who offered-up suggestions for my clutch problem. The problem 
was just air in the system.  As you said, it was a challenge to bleed, taking 
several tries and some amount of faith and guidance that it was likely the 
problem all along. Here's the trick: you bleed the master cylinder first by 
surrounding the line and underside of the master cylinder area with rags to absorb 
the fluid, loosen the line nut, have friend depress the clutch pedal. Keep the 
pedal down and retighten the line nut. Repeat until the fluid is clear of air 
bubbles. 
Next you rotate the slave so that the bleed nipple is at the top. Repeat the 
aforementioned process. You're good to go. Thanks, Digest, I am much obliged.
