GTV6 Clutch/ Gearbox problems, help!

Can anybody help us diagnose following on GTV6:  With
engine running, 
we
cannot get car in gear. Clutch pedal feels normal, and
the clutch fluid
container is full, but car makes terrible grinding
sound when you try 
to put
it in gear (so you don't). Thanks.
