British food and Italian Software

British cuisine has moved on since the Fawlty Towers Waldorf Salad sketch.

One of the biggest things in UK TV is cooking and celebrity Chefs. (cooking
French & Italian obviousley)

Luca, I think the point about US software is that, like it or not, we do use
US originated operating systems and software tools, but what you do with it is
up to your own ability and creativity.

Is Linux going to take over?
