Hi Ethan,

when mine did the same, i thought my starter's dead. 
Before I went ahead to replace the starter, I spend
sometime cleaning all grounds (deoxit) and tighten 
all terminal nuts/bolts in the engine bay.

Surprisely, my starter had worked flawlessly ever since.
