RE: Wiper valance and stainless trim
Yes, the wiper valence (scuttle pan, cowl panel, whatever) fits into the
fingers of the clips, then the bottom trim fits under the same clips.
This one of the worst pieces to have to install on a spider, especially one
that has been freshly painted. It is a real pain, but can be done. An extra
pair of hands is a big help as you kind of have to work both sides at once.

Jeff

Subject: Wiper valance and stainless trim
Help requested from the alfisti! Am I correct in assuming that the wiper
valance (scuttle pan) pushes into the clips along the bottom of the
windshield?
And furthermore, does the bottom stainless windshield trim also push into
those same clips? I feel sure that is the way it came off, but it doesnt
want to
easily go back. Any help?
thanks in advance,
Randy Long
