There are plans available on the web, or you could always copy a commercial

Simply uses a small bottle jack (mine is 6 ton) and some steel. I used what
I had on hand but I'd suggest everyone else use heavy 'C' section in lieu of
the RHS (square section tube) which I used for the bed, and place the
support pins under the bed not through it as I've done.
I'd also suggest a bolt-in, rather than welded-in, top brace so you can
remove the jack support should the need arise.
Mine is free standing but the design is easily modified. You can copy it
freely.
