AROC-USA Communications

Peter Webb has nailed an important issue - AROC-USA communications.
Communications with national are essentially non-existent.  The club should be
dragged kicking and screaming into the late 20th century.

The short answer to to lack of communications is club politics and and lack of
leadership.  Basically AROC-USA  has used the "mushroom principle"  of
communications - keep em' in the dark and feed em' feces.

John Justus, AROC-USA president, sez all problems are being "worked " and
better days will soon be here.  I have an old story about the IBM salesman and
the virgin that applies.  Will share offline if anyone cares.

Eric Storhok is the only member of the AROC-USA BoD that has asked for inputs
so send them  on to him.  I have.
