AROC chapter bylaws

if any chapter officers for various and sundry AROC chapters in the US have
electronic copies of bylaws to share with me (off list), i'd appreciate
it. to revive the Albany area chapter, we need 10 members of the national
club and a set of bylaws as a basic requirement. the bylaws for the AROC-NY
are buried in the basement somewhere, and depending on circumstances, we
may not be able to just revive AROC-NY as is; something has come up.
