Try Benincas in Melbourne here in Oz.  I believe these guys have seen 700HP
from a 2L.  They have been successful at Targa Tassie's and while one
brother is currently campaigning Porsches around, the company is still into
the business of getting Alfas to go and stop.    They say a reliable 400HP
is possible (at a cost).  They have a website, so do a search and check out
their "monosleeve" kit.
