164S drive belt tensioner

In what should have been a straight-forward, easy job I somehow managed to 
hurt my drive belt tensioner (I suspect I tightened the w/p belt 
excessively)  to the point where it makes an awful low-pitched whine while 
running...that being said, I have been unable to find a source for a 
replacement tensioner.  Any help would be appreciated...at this point I'd 
even go for a good used one.
