Dan, the same thing happened when I put new seat upholstery in my Duetto.  I
think your "off-gassing" theory is probably the answer.  Have patience, in
about 2 years it will quit!

Ever since I kicked my 74 GTV out of the garage ( we're packing up for our
upcoming move )  It has been doing something odd.  The windows all get fogged
up inside with some sort of film. If I clean them it's back in less than a
day. It may be off-gassing from the new vinyl on the rear parcel shelf I
reupholstered, but I can't be sure.  It didn't happen in the garage.
Has this happened to anyone else ?
