Wanted: 164 front struts - frugally priced

After having tires mounted on the 164L, I noticed the next morning that all the fluid had drained from the driver side strut (as confirmed by no dampening action).  

This definately happened after the tire mounting (or during) as my old tires, which the dealer still had, had no sign of fluid of any kind.

At any rate, I need to replace the front struts but I am on a rather severe budget.  Anyone have a set of standard struts gathering dust in your garage that you abandoned for those new whatevers?

Also, do you think there is much of a case for the dealer causing the strut damage?
