Hi,

   There are spacers, typically used between the rear transmission bushing 
and the mounting bracket on 105 and 115 series cars, that are the correct 
diameter and thickness for use as shims at the T bar. It is part # 
105.14.13.815.00. They can be cut from the outside edge to the center and 
inserted by using a slight twisting motion and a tap with a plastic hammer.
