One question:  Why?
IMHO, If someone has an Alfa and is made to feel welcome maybe they will be
more inclined to become members of AROC- USA.
Or am I missing your point completely?

I'm looking for reasonable ideas that are also workable for a members only
area of the AROC-USA web page.

Some things that won't happen- specific tech support (not part of the
contract),  and classifieds (not equitable for non-web members).
