Derek,

You can rotate the torsion bar 720 degrees, it doesn't matter, but did
you adjust the front lower a-arm so that its new (unloaded) position 
is higher (above ground) than the original (unloaded) position?

I honestly never bothered with the rear and front spline calculation.
The most important thing is the relative height of the unloaded lower
a-arm, when it is stock and when you "lowered" it.
