RE: Tie rod end scraping against A-arm bracket

 Grazie,
 If the interference is not too severe, I'd add a couple washers 
under the A-arm bracket to space it away from the center tie-rod. I'd
also loosen the 3 steering box bolts and try to lift the steering
box a little before re-tightening to take advantage of any slop in the
chassis mounting holes.
