I would guess either your slave is dying, or the master.  Dirty fluid is
probably from the rubber seals dying.  You might start with the slave,
since they fail more frequently and are cheaper to replace.  I'd go with
a new one, my rebuilds never took.  

You should be able to tell if it's the slave if you have fluid in the
boot.  Same thing for the MC, if you find fluid in the boot it's
leaking.

Don't put this off too long, I didn't notice a dying clutch MC until it
had leaked all over my new engine compartment paint, and I now have to
repaint half the engine bay.  DOH!  

I will be writing up a quick instructions for the clutch master
cylinder, but it's pretty easy.  I would also recommend a new pivot pin
whil you're in there, as they're only a buck or two and do wear over
time.
