RE: Turbina Refinishing

My experience is that repainting wheels can be a tricky and or costly
endeavor, depending (as Sid mentions) on the results desired. I have
some Alpinas I'm trying to restore for my CS and stripping them has been
a painstaking process. A local Wheel restoration shop gets about $700
to strip and paint four wheels! This does include a two-tone scheme as
original for Alpinas (center is black) but still, it's very costly.

Due to the shape, the nooks and crannies, and the need for special tips
to make paint flow to the right places without over flowing, the costs
tend to be very high.

Regards,
TJ
