Tony, what makes you think they are blocked ?  Remove the block drain plug
and if the coolant comes out relatively clean, I'd not bother.  Being a wet
sleeve engine the block shouldn't be clogged and it's unlikely the head will
be.  If you suspect anything major then pulling the engine down is probably
a good idea.  As the radiator has passages which are a lot smaller than
anything inside the engine, if the rad looks good then the engine will be OK

You can use a variety of chemical cleaners however I am always reluctant to
recommend them, especially on a mixed metal engine.  If it ain't broke, dont
fix it !
