Dave at Alfas Unlimited recommend a Snap-On, and i just got the part
number from him: XDHM1516

but Harry Epstein (recommended by another digest reader) has a large
selection of Bonney tools. i'm checking to see if one of their sets
contains a suitable wrench comparable to the snapon, if so then the bonney
wrench set will likely cost no more than the single snapon wrench.
