FWIW, Snap on tools can be ordered on-line (by anyone) from their website.

In my experience, most dealers seldom have what you need on the truck when
you need it, plus you have to track them down.

There are a surprising number of Snap On tools on ebay as well. Just be
careful as often times they sell their for as much or more than you can buy
them for new. Also, I know some people that have gotten good deals on some
tools (snap on) at local pawn shops.
