Re: Garage lighting



ONe trick I have heard of is to install lights along
the walls, near the floor.  That way you get some
light under the car when you're working down there,
without having to use a trouble light.  I've never
tried this, and given most garages that end up with
junk along the walls this might not be practical.

I installed four flourescent fixtures in my 1.5 car
garage back in Michigan and that was plenty of light.
