Let's not forget that this legislation will also serve
to reduce the number of classic cars on California's
roads  which, in effect, is taking away a huge part
of California's culture. This is, after all, the state
that brought us the Beach Boys, Barris Kustoms, Rat
Fink, etc. and those are all defining cultural icons
of California that go hand in hand with classic car
ownership. 
So, really, this bill also attacks the cultural core
of California as a state.
