164 serpentine belt tensioner wheel - fiat replacement part?

hi all,

the squealing has started, the 164's serpentine belt tensioner failure 
is approaching!  ;~)  i went & ordered a fiat bearing, that i understand 
can be substituted, but it's not a drop-in replacement. something about 
a different bolt, washer, ???  anyone who's done this care to enlighten 
me as to what else i need?
