Where is my engine

from.  I have a (1964 floor shift- thanks Russ) Giulia TI with incorrect
engine - The number is AR00539 F4122.  Anyone know what year it is or
what it is out of?  I will check again to verify it is an F, was told it
should be an A.  Am trying to figure out what state of tune it was
delivered with.  Am thinking of a clutch replacement and twin carbs
rather than 2 liter if there is too much swapping involved.
